Terms governing the use of the platform and the services made available through it.

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the “Nullypto AI” technology platform operated by Marketing Purks Limited. By registering, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Role of the Platform

“Nullypto AI” is a technology service provider and is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. The platform provides tools intended to make access to market information easier. It does not provide guaranteed results, an automated “black-box trading system,” or tools that replace the responsibility of the user. Any automation is based on user-defined parameters or third-party integrations.

§ 3 Intermediated Services

The platform connects users with investment services provided by Piraeus Securities S.A., Athens. Piraeus Securities S.A. is supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) (Licence 5/234/27.12.2001) and operates in Germany under European regulations in cooperation with BaFin (BaFin ID 10164903). The services made available through the platform are governed exclusively by the terms of Piraeus Securities S.A.

§ 4 User Responsibility

Trading decisions remain fully under the control of the user. The platform does not make trading decisions. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local regulations.

§ 5 Risks

Trading in financial instruments involves significant risks and may result in the loss of invested capital. Investments are not suitable for everyone. Past results are not a guarantee of future developments. Examples shown on the platform are based on internal tests; actual results may differ.

§ 6 Registration Obligations

Accurate information must be provided during registration. Only one account per person is permitted. A representative of Piraeus Securities S.A. will contact you for verification.

§ 7 Liability

Marketing Purks Limited is not liable for the services provided by Piraeus Securities S.A. The platform is provided as a technology service.

§ 8 Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom apply unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
